This warranty ensures your tires last for a specified mileage, based on their type and anticipated average use. Please be aware that not all tire brands offer a mileage warranty.
- Tires must be installed by a certified repair facility
- Tires should be rotated every 3,000 – 5,000 miles
- Keep tire rotation records
- Tires qualify when worn to 2/32nds of tread

Send Back the Affected Tire(s)
If your tire is eligible for a warranty, we’ll coordinate with the manufacturer by forwarding your damaged tire for a conclusive evaluation.
Manufacturer’s Inspection
(when relevant) The manufacturer will analyze the tire to verify if the issue stems from a defect in their production.
Reimbursement
(if it’s found to be a manufacturer defect) After the manufacturer’s decision (typically within 4 weeks), any credit due will be issued based on the manufacturer’s assessment.
