• Financed orders may be subject to a $49 fee imposed by the financing institution, which is out of our control.
• Cancellations requested after one hour may be subject to return and restocking fees.

Return Shipping

• If you refuse a shipment and it is sent back to us, you will be subject to both return and restocking fees.

The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.
